Robin Hood Army started an Initiative "Robin Hood Academy". The Key area of Focus :
- To empower and enable individuals to become positive change agents in the society
- To develop a team of Volunteers who can act as a mentor, a playmate, and a friend for these less fortunate kids.
- To volunteer as passionate individuals who care deeply for these students and ensure that no child is left behind.
- To develop course structure which is Armed with a smile and innovative teaching techniques, also focusing on games and student-centric activities to make learning fun to empower young girls and boys.
- To organise Camps which make a Value Addition in kid’s life.
